Dreamin

Morning Friends.

Yesterday I read on another blog by a sweet lady.
If we have dreams or visions do we share them or keep them in. Well most of ya know I share everything.
Even when sometimes I should keep my big ole mouth quiet.
But I have also learned my sharing has been a healing thing
 for me too.
So as I shared here on my blog before my dream is to one day have my very own store in a old barn preferably here on my land. Filled with antiques, woolie hand goods, hot coffee, baked goods and old time hymns playing.
So I was dream thinking and  I rode past this old barn.
What timing,uh?
The photo is grey and a lil blurred ,but beautiful dreams were going on their yesterday.
Isn't it fun to dream?

I shared this yesterday on Fb and thought I'd share here too.

Let us in it's cold.

I promise not to steal anymore

cookies, rolls or drive by cake licks.

Dog Scout honor!

Woolie Hugs & JOY

So many of us have your same dream and it comes up every time we see an old barn. I am thankful for dreams else we would not have beautiful creations. Let us know when your open house is set up!

Many years ago, that is the kind of place I wanted, only no hymns at that time. I found the building, next to the river, my Mom pitched a fit big time, saying that little old building would fall in & be swept away by a flood. She said is was nothing more than a shack. She smashed that idea big time, so no craft place for me. She had way too much influence in my young adult married life. I don't regret not having that shop. I've had lots of other great things instead, but over 30 years later that little 2 room building is still standing, the river has never touched it. I have learned though, if I really really want something to not always listen to other people. I am practical to the bone, but my creative side still lives, and comes out in different ways. Get your barn Trace, go for your dream!!!

Trace, keep dreaming...they do come true! We moved to a small tourist town many years ago and in this town was antique shops and country shops. I dreamed of opening my own little shop there and 4 years later...I did open my dream shop. Had it for 4 years...until a job move for my hubby brought us back home to the town we grew up in.
Yes, my friend...keep dreaming your dream!!
hugs,
Cindy

Is the little guy yours too or just a visitor? Keep following that dream. If it is meant to be the pieces have a way of falling into place. You just have to put them together. PA is a great place to have a shop.It would definately be in my destination plans. ;)

What good is life without dreams? I often wonder about those who have lived thier lives almost to the end.....what do they dream of then? -Steph-
