Hi Trace, I am praying "still" for your friend. I know she was married for 22 yrs and her husband left her and my heart breaks but I pray everyday for her and the Lord is right by her side.

Good morning Trace. It is cold with snow here today with wind chills 4 degrees. Too cold to be out. Let us pray for those couples who are having difficulties. Sometimes we forget that life is too short to get hung up on the small things in a relationship. We should all be thankful for the loved one in our life, no one is perfect and it takes work. The Mr. and I have been together for almost 37 years, we have grown together as a couple. He is my best friend and still gives me strength even though his health isn't too good right now. I cherish each day that we have together, for we know not how long our days will be on this earth.

Happy Sunday! After reading your blog I ran over to my Rob and have him a big ol' hug! You gotta have love through the thick & thin of life. Ups 'n downs but when you are with the one you love it makes everything better.
ReplyDeleteOh Trace I feel bad I missed your birthday! But it sounds like you are having a birthday weekend! So I didn't miss it altogether!! We have birthday weeks around here!! LOL We always embrace everyone's b-day!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! We got snow too!!! Friday and Sat. it's really pretty today the sun is shining! But cold!! LOL I am so proud of you for getting right back on track!! How could you not have any of that awesome LOVE cake!! Boys sure can melt our hearts!!!! Thank you for praying for marriages even if things are going good prayer is a good thing. When Sim gets home I'm gonna hug him twice! Cuz I always hug him when he gets home from work!!
