Good Friday Morning!
Guess what I've been doing?
Planting seeds and preparing for SPRING!
Yes Spring is on it's way.
Time to GROW!
It's so exciting.
The corn seeds are Papa John's. He will sow those directly in the ground.
I planted cukes, squash, tomatoes, peppers and some lavender so far.
A few years ago Papa John bought me one of those wire greenhouses to put my flats in.
I'm gonna set it up in the upstairs guest room.
The sun shines very bright in that window.
Does anyone else start their veggies from seeds?
These little sprouts are hollyhocks from my sweet friend Lea.
Plant seeds of Kindness
Do not wait for others to be kind, show them how.

YOU GROW GIRL!
Psalm 126:6
He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of JOY,
bringing his sheaves home with him.

Wow, good for you! I have tried to grow them inside with no luck! The best I am doing is a chia pet this year!

After having planted oodles of things last year & having most of them die I have no plans of planting anything this year. Let the new home owners do that if they wish : ) I'm sure your gardens will produce wonderfully! Blessings, Shirlee

Good morning Trace. On break here at work. I had tried planting some seeds last spring for the garden and some of them did pretty well. I have been reading the Farmer's Almanac to see when the time is right for starting my garden. Looks like another wet spring down here. I so want to use my new canner I got for Christmas. Wish me luck.

Country at heart
My little girl keeps asking me if when it gets warmer she can help me plant a beautiful garden. We're hoping we have a place we can do just that. Ah patience in the waiting. :)
