Good Morning!
Today is a my day.
I stayed up late doing all my Thursday cleaning so today I could have a day to me.
I am meeting a friend for coffee and running to the market.
(Little cuties, a giant salad and shhh a bit of chocolate)
Then its home to Stitch!
Yesterday I picked up a few things at Joann's.
I am lovin these colors.
I am thinking a new spring lap quilt. :)
Today I will finish stitching up my Snow Fella's lap quilt.
And then work some more on the blankie I am crocheting.(CROW-HOOKY)
So it will be a great stitching day in my favorite red slippers by the fire.
Now I just need to decide what movie to watch.
I have watched or mainly listened to Anne of Green Gables three days this week.
Over and over again..

I just love that movie.

ReplyDeleteGood evening Trace. I hope your day was filled with lots of joy. I love all the fabric you found at Joann's. It will make a nice spring quilt. We are to get some snow tonight, so I used my lunch break to go grocery shopping. The temps were in the 40's today with rain and now it is about 20 degrees. The wind is very cold and I made sure to bed down the hen house and the dog's house outside. We may also get an Alberta Clipper this weekend. I'm sure it will be pretty slick in the morning. Happy Birthday to your brother. My hub's birthday is Saturday.

ReplyDeleteoh I hope you had a great day with your friend...and I love the colors of the new lap quilt...hope you got some stitching in..guess what I am having for dinner and I will tell you my home smells so flipping good.;) I am making that white chicken chili and I am in heaven..definitely a keeper..I just changed out the whipping cream for fat free half and half and also used fat free sour cream..oh Hubby is going to love this..and I did 4-1/4 miles today out walking so I am ready for 2 bowls of this yummy stuff and I have the ingredients on my list to make again..super easy and oh so yummy..(I have tasted it to see how it was)..couldn't wait..thanks for a wonderful recipe..you are an amazing cook cause I love your bacon wrapped turkey and now this one.;) tell your brother happy birthday.:)
