Morning Friends!
Now this here is one very good pie.
It has no calories at all and brings me great JOY.
Why its a button pie!
(oh boy now I want real pie)
It's Thursday and you know what that means.
It's Stitching Day.
I keep my Granny Boy Monday till Wednesday Nights.
He is two..Lots of work and love too.
I try to get all my housework, laundry and bills done. So I can have Thursday to me.
I do some stitching in the evenings if I can ,but I try to declare Thursday to me..
So I am working on hearts, eggs, bunnies, chicks and two quilted throws.
Calico's, Wool, Ribbons and Buttons OH MY!
My table and counters are filled.
What are you working on?
I also have Shirlee's potato soup warming in my crock pot.
Homemade rolls rising on the stove.
And guess what??
Snow flurries in the forecast this evening and more snow on the way for Saturday!

Great day for a bowl of warm soup. We are getting snow later tonight and for a few hours, but Saturday they are calling 3 to 6 inches of snow, that's okay our wood stove has been burning and we just love having the wood stove. It just screams WINTER!

to me. No stitching for me today, gotta work, I didn't get home last night until 7pm. I hate those long days at work, I would rather be snuggled in at home and crafting.

Sounds like a wonderful day Trace, and your house smells so yummy with that bread rising in the oven. I just love the smell of yeast bread. And that potato soup sounds wonderful after all our meals eating out.

Here, there is suppose to be rain and lots of it later. I am going to venture out today. Don't like driving in the rain in an unfamiliar town.

ReplyDeleteI love buttons too..have the ones I used to play with as a kid..our snow is turning to freezing rain,,then melting...I will miss it..I actually sewed yesterday and it was nice..hubby is off from work again today..he's liking it..he's playing with his playstation..hoping to go for a walk again today..gotta enjoy it as much as possible.enjoy "your" day today.:)
