Happy Friday Friends.
Today I'm cleaning my kitchen cabinets.
What a mess.
All I will say is I've been canning.
However its break time this granny has to eat.
Not a healthy lunch I might add but a yummy pumpkin muffin and cinnamon roll coffee.
At least I worked out this morning,
The mean machine laughed,
I stuck my tongue out at him..
Thank you GOD!
Its Friday and
I won't go upstairs and visit him again till Monday.
Happy happy happy!
One of my favorite things to do on the first day of Fall is read this old book from Susan Branch.
I'm starting it today.
So I wanted to wish all my friends a wonderful weekend..
And read ya a little "Autumn"

We are in for a spell of perfect weather now, everyday luminous,
Every night brimmed with stars.
Picnic at noon, supper by the applewood fire at night,
a walk in the cool moonlight before bed,
-Gladys Taber
What are you reading this weekend?

Woolie Blessings Friends!

Beatrice & Friends

Morning My Dear Friends.
The air is cool.
The tiny tips of my trees are turning red.
The girl in me is smiling all over.
While Beatrice, The Hoots and I hum a merry
 little hymn.
Thanking Him for this brand new season ahead
and our many woolie blessings.

Beatrice & the Hoots are dreaming of jumping in leaf piles,
apple and pumpkin pie.
(I love pie!)
Stop and thank Him for all the little things.
Even in the midst of a storm or trial..
And the happy times too.
He loves you and me..

And I just plain love the stuffin out of ya!

Woolie Wednesday Love

Humble yourselves therefore under God's mighty hand that He may lift you up in due time.

Applesauce Applesauce

Love is a fruit in season at all times, and within
the reach of every hand.
Mother Teresa

It's applesauce time again.
I share this every year.
Super easy and so yummy.
First you cut up some apples.
(I like to use a variety)
Fill up your crockpot.
Add a lil cinnamon and sugar if you like.
I add a tsp or two of cinnamon.
Maybe a 1/4 cup of sugar if apples are not super sweet.
(or more if you like it real sweet)
Put on low and stir occasionally till at the right consistency for you.
Papa John and I like ours super chunky.
Just had to share our super easy very fav Fall treat.

Woolie Apple Joy

My Visitors

Morning Friends
Last week I went out my door to feed my
feathered friends
and were greeted by these sweeties.
As you can imagine my heart was racing.
I was so excited I ran back in to get my ipad.
Sadly they were not my gift from God. :)
But the farmer who lives behind me.

Yes after much urging from Papa John I drove
 over and asked.
Are you missing any calves?
At first he said no, then he looked and said yes.
Cole and I had wrangled them into our fenced pasture.
Just like real farm girls.
After all that work the farmer came and took my new friends home.
(He did like my are you sure they are yours? I thought they were from GOD)

And then I remembered I forgot to share
the other news going on around my lil farm.

My Love not only calls me Shooogie and carries my big ole watering can, but now he is building me a barn.
(I heart Him)

I love animals and anyone who knows me..
Knows I want goats,
sheep, a donkey ..

The joke has been since our visitors have come.
Build it and they will come.
Sadly the farmer didn't agree..

The barn will take awhile.
My Love has been building it on his own till this weekend.
When we had some guys pitch in and help do the roof.
We were so thankful for their help.
Thank you Dan, Steve, Bran, Chris and Jay.

Woolie Blessings

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.
I do not give to you as the world gives.
Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
